When a customer takes delivery of a Poggenpohl kitchen that’s the beginning, not the end of the relationship. We provide a personalized service card which is our clients’ passport to a lifetime of support and care. It’s the customer’s proof that we have all the details of their kitchen on record so that in future any additional cabinets or replacement components can be provided via their Poggenpohl studio. We have supplied replacement door hinges for Poggenpohl kitchens built over four decades ago – and even earlier.
